With the success of several beachfront vacation rental villas, we turned our passion and expertise for high-end home construction to island development and completed our first luxury private island in 2016. We used what we’ve learnt from managing vacation homes and created a professional vacation island rental operation that continues to raise the bar and create new standards for 5-Star luxury island & villa construction and operation management. This is evident by the well above market high occupancy rate and consistent high rated guest reviews that our unique private islands and numerous oceanfront villas are known for in Belize.
We have built and currently manage three unique and exclusive private islands off the coast of Placencia, Belize, with a fourth island under construction to be completed in Summer 2019.
